10 Essentials

This is a 10 week process which requires at least one hour per week of staff time for a call or meeting to review and determine each essential. If this is the first conference ever planned, the process could be 12 weeks. However, if the conference is a year away, this still allows for ample execution time.

Short Essentials

If you have a mature conference product and would like to have it distilled to the 10 Essentials in order to make it more scalable, the process can be reduced to eight weeks. We will need to discuss with you to find the program to fit your needs.

Future Conference Build Out, Format and Location Analysis

If you have a mature conference, and are interested in assessing the potential for regional conferences, webinars or other formats, we will conduct an analysis of pros/cons, and provide suggested formats, marketing methods, locations, and budgets.

Event Management Systems Training

This service is for those companies who have internal staff dedicated to the event, but who would like training on the Caspian systems of Specs, Showflows, On-site Communication Plans, Registration Policies and Budgeting systems.

10 Essentials and Full Service Event Management Execution

As our most comprehensive service, we only take on five clients per year in this category. For others we have select partners for event execution. Within this service category, you would receive our entire 10 Essentials process and deliverables, as well as our project management service throughout the planning and on-site execution. This includes full service registration site and administration, as well as speaker logistics support. After the conference we would provide auditing, analysis, debrief and archival materials.
